The beautiful city of Napa has grown into a thriving downtown mecca of diverse culinary greatness, numerous tasting salons, sophisticated nightlife, and upscale boutique retail businesses. Napa is ideal for those who love the vibrance of the city, but still crave the solitude of a country lifestyle. 
Napa is bordered by vineyard-laced mountains with various terroirs and offers a beautiful Mediterranean climate year-round. The Napa River meanders through town and connects to the San Pablo Bay for those who desire waterfront living at its finest.

Downtown: 

Downtown Napa Valley has everything from palatial Victorians, riverfront condos and idyllic little bungalows. The expansion of downtown Napa provides the perfect proximity to San Francisco and its nationally recognized events and attracts many second home buyers. Napa hosts an array of festivals and music events including: Porch FestBottle Rock, Napa Valley Film Festival and Festival Napa Valley. There are Farmers markets, music in the park, live music venues, wine experiences and plenty of pet and child friendly events all within walking distance.  The climate in Downtown is typically cooler due to its location along the Napa River and its proximity to the San Pablo Bay. It is perfect weather year-round.

Alta Heights: 

Alta Heights is just east of Downtown, situated on a beautiful hilltop with stunning views of the valley. Oxbow market and the excitement of downtown is a just a short bike ride away, or choose to take a leisurely walk and soak in the beauty. The residences in Alta Heights are a mix of multi-level, ranch and bungalow style homes. The climate is nice, cool morning and evening, making it a wonderful area for walking the dogs, biking or just relaxing on your patio with a glass of Napa Valley wine and taking in the views.

Browns Valley: 

Browns Valley is located just a few miles west of downtown Napa and connects both North and South. The properties range in size and in architecture. Browns Valley offers housing developments built in the 80’s and 90's and most have very spacious lots. Browns Valley in ideal for families and retirees with its many parks, hiking trails, and wonderful schools and has its own grocery store, post office, drycleaner and bank. 

Dry Creek/ Mount Veeder

Dry Creek is located at the Northwest end of Napa nestled up to the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains (which borders Napa and Sonoma) and HWY 29 between North Napa and Oakville. Both areas offer wonderful privacy (1 acre+ plus parcels) with ranch style homes and as you travel further North, the properties offer seclusion and tranquility due to larger parcels. 

The AvenuesVichy:  

Vichy and the Avenues are located Southeast of Napa and is more rural featuring larger homes on larger parcels. This area is home to many horse properties, gardens and farms. Here, the sun rises and sets on the eastern hillside, which is a stunning backdrop to most of these parcels. If you are looking for a newer home. there are small newer build subdivisions with tree-lined streets and biking trails. 

Silverado Country Club: 

Silverado Country Club is located off Silverado Trail and the Avenues in northeast Napa. Silverado Country Club is a great second home and retirement community and attracts avid golfers and families looking for the country club/golf/tennis lifestyle.  The homes range in architecture, with a blend of original, new build, single-family residences, condos, and duplexes.  Silverado is beautiful, offering gorgeous views, all country club amenities and is a short drive to downtown Napa.
